Anne Rademaker is a great example of how to combine mind and heart to make an impact. After a career at EY, Anne started as an independent consultant focused on circular economy, CSR and ESG. Dina van den Berg is a procurement professional with more than 14 years of experience in big FMCGs like Heineken and Anheuser Busch InBev. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner. Recently she started to work for herself as an independent procurement consultant. She believes that procurement plays a pivotal role to drive the ESG agenda beyond the company’s own supply chain. Teresa Brose decided to change courses after a 15+ years career as, among others, M&A financial advisor and business developer for international corporate law firms. She expanded her advisory skillset by completing an MBA programme at the University of Amsterdam (UvA), which had a strong focus on sustainability and became an ESG and CSR management consultant. At the MBA programme, she met Martin, who lectured on purpose, ESG, and impact. Teresa now works as a consultant for Empact, focusing on strategy, rating, and reporting.

Thessa gained a large part of her work experience abroad, including in the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs service.
