Implementing ESG is about change. And change does not happen by itself. On the one hand, because existing processes in an organization are often fully integrated into systems, practices and people’s heads. On the other hand, because the urgency, usefulness and necessity of a change will always be up for debate. <\/p>

The Empact approach<\/h2>

ESG implementation is about changing the foundation of an organization. It is about the fundamental view that employees and stakeholders have of the world. That means ESG changes can never be part of a standard change process.<\/p>

We therefore design the formal organizational change. This change is based on the strategy and deals with goals, activities, responsibilities, budgets and KPIs. We also call this the current.<\/p>

In addition to this current, there is a lower current, and it is just as important. This is about informal organizational change and includes the culture of the organization and the people who work there. At Empact, this goes far beyond providing good examples or training.
