Anne Rademaker
Anne is a great example of how the head and heart work together to make impact. After a corporate background at EY around strategic(ESG) risk management, she works with Empact on various ESG implementations such as CSRD. Her expertise lies in promoting sustainability and the Circular Economy, supporting organizations and public institutions in integrating these principles. In addition to her work in the private and public sectors, she contributes more broadly to social impact through education, publications and other initiatives focused on responsible entrepreneurship and long-term value creation.
Derk Jan Berends
Is a management consultant who supports organizations in concretizing and actually realizing sustainable business practices. He enjoys helping to develop an ESG strategy and translating it into concrete programs, projects and other activities. In the role of director and manager, he has gained decades of knowledge and experience in developing policy, realizing strategic change, motivating teams and dealing with resistance. Derk Jan has broad interests, is connecting and entrepreneurial. His personal mission is to really contribute to the transition to a sustainable society. Really making impact (Empact) in other words.
Frank Tiggelman
Is a technical consultant whose strength is turning a concept into a functional design and connecting it to technical realization. Frank has a focus on business performance of ICT, data analytics, security. Frank is initiator and co-owner of several development agencies and responsible for the development of several SAAS tools. In addition to creating development and publishing plans, Frank has extensive experience in managing developers and communicating with IT staff.
Jeroen Scheepmaker
Has over a decade of experience in Scope 3 accounting & strategies and Science-Based Targets (SBT). Before working as an independent consultant, Jeroen worked as a director at Guidehouse, where he led a team of 10 people in Europe supporting international companies and their supply chain partners on sustainability issues. He aims to make businesses more sustainable by showing the benefits of green business opportunities in addition to the environmental impact of products and activities.
Martin de Jong
Has been working as a CSR manager and sustainability professional since 2006, after a career in marketing & sales. Martin is the founder of Empact and as a consultant mainly strategically focused. He is responsible for business development, consultancy and the deployment of the flexible shell of people around Empact. Martin is also a part-time lecturer at the University of Amsterdam.
Nynke Visser
Works for over 15 years as a sustainability booster within the financial sector and beyond. Nynke is also a transition coach, specializing in change processes. With her approach she brings people together, sustainable dreams and ambitions are broken down into bite-sized chunks and then realized in an iterative way. Multidisciplinary cooperation within and outside the chain is central to this.
Roy de Clerck
Is an analyst and content specialist. He studied philosophy and makes for us the translation of research, knowledge and policy into manageable insights for our clients. Roy is responsible for Empact’s articles and blogs. As a child he was already fascinated by the idea of a perpetuum mobile and therefore enjoys writing about sustainability, the energy transition and creating impact.
Thessa Bos
Is a consultant on sustainability, diversity and inclusion. She has 20 years of work experience as a journalist, social entrepreneur, diplomat and policy maker. A large part of her work experience Thessa gained abroad, for example in the service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In the Netherlands, she worked for the central government, including as diversity & inclusion coordinator for the ministries of EZK & LNV. In 2022 she made the transition to a freelance existence as a consultant, coach, facilitator and trainer. Thessa is a systems thinker with an insatiable curiosity about people and how we relate to each other, ourselves and the planet.
