We have a long relationship with Deloitte in the areas of assurance, consulting and legal matters. We work together for several clients and strengthen each other’s services. Fishtrend

For the fishing industry, we work with all major interest groups. We share our ESG expertise through a monthly column in the trade magazine Fishtrend on sustainable fisheries. This sector-specific approach enables us to ask the right questions faster and make concrete impact.

Lead for Sustainability

A World Economic Forum Global Shapers (Oxford Hub) mentoring program that helps students explore careers in sustainability. This communications agency from The Hague specializes in English-language annual reports and sustainability communications. As true text wizards, they help us translate complex ESG issues into clear and impactful content that connects with different audiences.

National Climate Exam

Empact is co-organizer of the Climate Exam, a low-threshold way to create more knowledge and understanding around climate change. By making our expertise available for this initiative, we contribute to a broader awareness of climate challenges.

NEN (ISO standards).

The Netherlands Standardization Institute is responsible for standards and guidelines for many areas, mostly through ISO standards. Empact sits on the National Environmental Committee (ISO14000) and the Circular Economy Committee (ISO59000). Here we bring our practical experience to make standards more accessible to companies.

Nyenrode Business University

We are associated with this university in several ways. In addition to guest lecturing, we assist students with their graduate research. This collaboration encourages us to stay academically sharp and provides students with valuable hands-on experience.

This former state publisher’s ESG knowledge platform is unmatched in both accessibility and depth. Empact is working with Sdu to further expand this platform to take all ESG professionals to the next level. We develop not only white papers and practice notes, but also practical tools such as Excel templates that organizations can use to get started right away.

University of Amsterdam

For the ESG Academy of the UvA, Empact is subject coordinator of the ESG Advanced Environment course. We also provide various lessons on sustainability and strategy. This academic connection provides a valuable cross-pollination between theory and practice.
