Very often ESG activities first start with external demand for it, be it customers that would like to have more ESG-friendly products, the finance and legal departments that are required to compile the reporting documentation for (new) regulations or management and employees who contribute input and ideas on how to improve the business’ ESG performance. Usually, these teams start to work in silos and their efforts hardly make it across their individual departments, but ESG is company-wide and also requires collaboration and communication with external parties. After finishing the workshop you will have documented and actionable to-dos for your business.
Prior to the workshop, our consultants will have a briefing call with you to understand your motivation, objectives, and status quo and perform desktop research on your company and respective industry to tailor the workshop to your needs.
