Anne Rademaker co-shareholder Empact

Effective January 1, 2026, Anne Rademaker has acquired a minority stake in Empact Consulting. This step underlines our ambition to further strengthen Empact as a content-driven and impact-oriented consulting organization.

Anne has now been with Empact for over 5.5 years and has played a key role in the development of our propositions and our positioning, particularly in the area of the circular economy. Her entry into ownership secures knowledge, vision and entrepreneurship for the long term.

With this step, we are strengthening our foundation for sustainable growth and increasing our clout to support organizations in complex transitions toward a future-proof economy. We look forward with confidence and energy to what we will achieve together in 2026 and the years beyond.
